If tracking details are not received within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
- Orders may be shipped from international fulfillment centres depending on product availability.
- We reserve the right to split shipments where necessary at no additional cost to you.

International Shipping & Customs
Techtucker ships to selected international destinations.
Please note:
- Orders may be fulfilled and dispatched from international warehouses.
- Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs clearance procedures may cause additional delays.
- If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or local import restrictions, any return shipping fees or losses incurred may be deducted from your refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
