We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Returns are only accepted under the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Techtucker Store does not offer returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or preference-based reasons.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us at support@techtucker.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Provide clear photos or video evidence showing the defect or damage.

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement (subject to availability)
  • Store credit
  • Full refund

Techtucker Store reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution after reviewing the claim.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products without verified defects
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorised modification
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Personal care or hygiene-related products once opened
  • Opened or used smart health devices
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom or personalised products

Return Procedure

Do not return any item without prior written approval.

To initiate a return:

  • Wait for written confirmation and return instructions
  • Package the item securely to prevent transit damage

Unauthorised returns may be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.

Customers may be required to return the item to a designated fulfilment address. Return shipping responsibility will be confirmed during the approval process.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the outcome within 3–5 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect or error on our part.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Delivered but Not Received Claims

If tracking shows an order as “Delivered” but you have not received it:

  • Contact us immediately
  • Carrier investigation may be required
  • Additional verification may be requested

Techtucker is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Refused Shipments & Customs Issues

If an order is returned due to:

  • Refusal of delivery

Any return shipping fees, customs charges, or losses incurred may be deducted from the refund.
